How does that saying go? It takes a village to make a beer? We wouldn’t be here if not for these partners:
Flying Saucer Pizza. They will deliver delicious pizza right to your seat in our taproom. They were also the first place to pour Hi-Fi beer outside our taproom!
The Brewmaster’s Bakery. The craft bakery that turns our spent grain into tasty treats for people and dogs — which you can buy in the taproom. Ah, the circle of life…
Postdoc Brewing. Head brewer and co-owner Tom Schmidlin was the second member of our High Frequency Society and is our go-to guy for microbiology questions.
Crucible Brewing. Owner and head brewer Dick Mergens was a brewer at Hi-Fi before he opened his own place. We like to think we helped him become the great brewer he is today.
Resonate Brewery + Pizzeria. Founder Mike Ritzer comes from the same homebrew club as we did, and makes great beer.
Black Raven Brewing. Always willing to lend us a cup of sugar when we need it, and brewers of great beers. Why not visit both taprooms, as long as you’re in the neighborhood?
The Willows Deli. Right next door to the taproom, but still willing to deliver you a tasty sandwich or salad. And you can order online!
Zeek’s Pizza. Another staple among taproom regulars, Zeeks will deliver pizza to your seat. We like the Cherry Bomb.
Sibyl Design. The team at Sibyl Design made us a nice logo, a dapper sign, this here website, all our merchandise…and they are a pleasure to work with. If you make beer and you want design help, you should call Sibyl.
AAA Metal Fabrication. Solid gold, these guys. Ok, more like stainless. But still, solid. They made our custom 15-barrel brewhouse.
